About the Role

Are you passionate about teaching and helping others grow in their Salesforce careers? Join My Tutorial Rack as a Salesforce Instructor and inspire the next generation of Salesforce professionals. You will deliver live online classes, one-to-one mentorship, and occasionally record course material to support our structured learning paths.

This is a hybrid role, best suited for candidates who are self-motivated, fluent in English, and have expert-level Salesforce knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Conduct live online training sessions on various Salesforce topics (Admin, Developer, Lightning, etc.).
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, guiding them through assignments, career questions, and certifications.
• Record and update course video content as needed for self-paced learners.
• Assist students in preparing for Salesforce certification exams.
• Deliver project-based learning, helping students apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
• Maintain engagement and responsiveness on our LMS and support channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Admin, Development, Lightning, etc.).
• Salesforce Certified (minimum 2 certifications preferred).
• Prior teaching/training experience (online or offline) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to create simplified and engaging learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, Zoom/Meet, screen recording tools, etc.
• Passion for mentorship and student success.

Nice to have

• Experience working with international learners.
• Knowledge of Salesforce career pathways and job market trends.
• Ability to develop or customize curriculum based on learner goals.
